There are instances where we have seen members who were earlier hesitant to inter mingle due to reasons have today begun to open up and are working cordially. There are instances where we have seen a sea-change in individual behaviours and approaches after Spirito's training intervention. There is a visible change also felt and the environment has become more approachable and friendly. The workshops have been successful and we are really happy we did this for our tem inside.
There is a remarkable change in the whole environment after the workshops. We can feel the synergy and energy in every person. The last week was a major healthcare drive and we could see the team coordinating and filling up for each other like never before. Even the greetings, the approach and the attitude towards the patient has seen a significant change towards betterment. Great Improvement.
